London

I don't think I have any photos, the camera has had a wee rest as have we.
We have been here for a few days, glorious summer in London. Thirty degrees (near enough) two days running, hanging out at Yvonne's in the garden, doing the occassional chore, but lots of resting, washing, chatting, and having space from the confines of the motor home.
As I said, it is in the shop having a service, I am at McDonald's using the Wifi, not eating.
We had a fantastic thunder storm yesterday after the heat of the preceeding days. The thunder and lightening were virtually simultaneous, and hail the size of marbles. Muggy though!! It put a whole lot of trains out of action, delayed Wimbledon for a while, while they put the covers on, off and dried the surface and raised the roof.
I am trying to keep up with hilary's bookreading. She can't help herself, she is re-reading some of the 60 plus books she has read in the past six weeks, I have bought her some she doesn't know about (I've had to hide them) otherwise she won't have anything to read when we get to non-English speaking countries. She is doing pretty well, though she misses her friends, and would like to hear from people in NZ more. I did tell her she needs to be a bit better with her own communication, but it isn't easy for a nine year old to understand that.
