Calatayud November 11th

Houses built into the cliffs
There was a little sunshine mixed in with cloud and the odd splat of rain today, so we girded our loins and hopped on our bikes and went to explore the village/town of Calatayud. We went for a climb up onto the cliff tops to see the castle, biked around the little one way streets of the old town, before going back to our hotel where we lounged on white cotton sheeted beds, watching Spanish tv, reading, relaxing before the worst hamburger I have ever tried to eat was served up in the hotel cafeteria, and we retired to our room again. A very quiet and restful day, just what we all needed before heading on to Barcelona.
